If you've been watching our ads or website for any period of time, you know that our houses sell very, very quickly. That's because we help families that the banks and mortgage companies won't work with. Our major challenge is being able to buy enough homes to keep up with the demand.
If you're pre-approved, you'll know exactly what price home you're approved to buy....and since you're pre-approved, you'll get information before the general public, before the ads hit the paper and before the home is listed on our website.
Three Easy Steps
1. Simply click the link on the top of this page to download your pre-approval package then print it out. Or you may pick up a pre-approval package at one of our Sunday open houses or call or email us to have one mailed or faxed to you.
2. Complete the application, provide a paycheck stub or your most recent W-2 and tax return. Fax, mail, or drop it off at one of the open houses.
3. Within 2 business days, you'll have a decision. If you're approved, you'll know exactly what dollar amount you're approved up to and you'll receive information in advance of the general public regarding the new homes as soon as they become available.
